    • Keep ATPv refrigerated until day of use.

    • Gently invert bottle to reintegrate solution

    • Once in surgery, dilute ATPv 1:10 into your graft holding solution (Saline, Hypothermosol, Plasmalyte A, etc).

    Example:

25mL ATPv into 225 mL working solution.

50mL ATPv into 450 mL working solution

    • Proceed with surgery as normal. ATPv is not to be reused after surgery. This product is manufactured sterile, and once opened is not considered safe for reuse.

    • No special disposal instructions.

    • ATPv should be kept refrigerated when not in use (2°C to 8°C).

    • Dispose and reorder if the product has passed its expiration date.

    • ATPv is an additive for graft holding solutions that contains patented liposomal ATP technology.

This product is a concentrate, and must be diluted 1:10 into your graft holding solution.

    • ATPv is sold in two volumes, 25mL and 50mL.

We recommend using 25mL for FUE cases, and 50mL for FUT cases.

    • ATPv has a 120 day shelf life from the date of manufacture.

Internal studies performed 2022 raised our shelf life from 66 days to 120 days. These studies show that ATPv still passes our Certificate of Analysis parameters at 120 days.

    • ATPv is for SINGLE USE ONLY

This product is manufactured using sterile parameters. Once opened outside of a flow hood, the product can no longer be considered safe for reuse.

    • Product has “wisps” of lipid present, is this normal?

Yes, the lipids within the solution can aggregate causing these wisps. Gently invert to mix solution.

    • The product has been in a situation where it has warmed to room temperature or above. Is it still safe for use?

PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR SITUATION SO WE CAN DOCUMENT THESE ISSUES INTERNALLY. These explanations are situation dependent.

      • If your ATPv has gotten to room temperature (refrigeration malfunction, or product left out), our studies have shown ATPv can be at room temperature for up to 5 days with no changes to our release criteria.

      • If your ATPv has gotten above room temperature and is considered hot (due to transit delays, melted ice), we have studies that we placed ATPv into a stability chamber that was heated to 49°C (120°F). We then examined the solution for our quality control release criteria. At 49°C, ATPv was stable for ~4.2 days and passed our release criteria.
