Kristyn holds a master’s degree in Bioengineering with experience in the fields of tissue engineering, microfluidics, biotechnology, and medical device industry experience with FDA (21 CFR 820) and ISO regulations (ISO 13485). Kristyn co-developed the Quality Management System used at Energy Delivery Solutions. Kristyn has been a part of the core team at Energy Delivery Solutions for 10 years as Vice President and in addition, has held the position of COO for the past 4 years. Over her tenure at Energy Delivery Solutions, she has held key roles in the Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance departments. Kristyn has worked over the years to improve manufacturing process methods which have resulted in higher volume yields and increased shelf-lives of the liposomal-ATP based products. She was crucial in the research and development of a product that culminated in the successful FDA clearance of CT-STOR®, a Class II Medical device for use in cell and tissue processing applications. Kristyn has co-authored several book chapters about the use of EDS’ core technology in the field of Hair Restoration Surgery. In addition to her other roles, she will work to obtain future grants and funding to explore the growth of the core technology.
